Opportunities to join our Resident Committee

We’re excited to share an opportunity for our residents to help shape the future of Railway Housing Association by joining our Resident Committee.
The committee plays a vital role in ensuring residents’ voices influence the decisions we make. We’re looking to recruit up to three new members who live in a Railway home and are passionate about making a difference.
What’s involved?
- Around half a day per month, including four meetings a year (in-person and online)
- Full induction and ongoing training
- Annual reward of £750 (including expenses)
- A real chance to shape services and improve the resident experience
You don’t need previous experience, just a willingness to share your views and work collaboratively.
