Tenancy Services Officer (18 hours per week) - based in Hull
(Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
Salary: £13,210 rising to £13,692 over three years (plus essential car user allowance)
Contract to commence 14th January 2019
You will provide a generic housing management service (in conjunction with the local housing officer) for 219 units of accommodation in the Hull area, including control of rent arrears, voids, lettings and tenancy issues. Based in one of our Hull offices you will be expected to travelto our schemes in Driffield and Swanland on a a regular basis
You must have a genuine commitment to customer care and resident involvement; good communication, IT and time management skills. You will be self motivated, well organised and able to work on your own initiative, ideally with experience in a housing related role, together with a working knowledge of housing legislation.
Excellent terms and conditions of employment apply, including 17 days basic annual leave plus public holidays and a contributory pension scheme.
Employment will be subject to an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) and satisfactory references being obtained.
Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have use of their own vehicle. Essential car user and mileage allowance will be paid.
