35 hours per week
£25,686 rising to £26,623 over three years
(pay award pending July 2019)
You will provide an efficient and effective contracts administration service, liaising with contractors to provide customer focused delivery of service contracts, tenders, planned maintenance, insurance claims and partnering agreements.
You must have a genuine commitment to customer service and strong attention to detail; with good communication, IT and time management skills.
You will need to be self motivated, well organised and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, with proven previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with a working knowledge of data protection and health & safety legislation and audit requirements.
