Housing Officer, Hull & East Riding of Yorkshire
20 hours per week (Wednesday / Thursday / Friday)
Salary £18,163 (including essential car user allowance)
With responsibility for the day to day housing management of 219 general needsand older persons units of accommodation in the Hull & East Riding of Yorkshire areas, you will provide a generic housing management service achieving high levels of performance for control of rent arrears, voids, lettings and all tenancy issues.
You must have a genuine commitment to customer care and resident involvement; good communication, IT and time management skills, together with a working knowledge of housing legislation. You will need to be self motivated and well organised, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and ideally have achieved, or be working towards, a professional housing qualification with at least two years experience in a housing related role.
