Change of out of hours number

Our out of hours emergency repairs number is changing from 1st April 2023 to 0300 373 2803.

This call will be taken by Johnnie Johnson Housing (also known as Astraline). 

This service is available to all residents between the hours of 4pm – 9am Monday to Friday, as well as weekends, bank holidays, Christmas shut down period and staff training days.

Residents will need to provide their name, address, contact number and details of the emergency repair. 

A contractor will then be contacted to attend the repair and make good the next working day.  Please refer to Page 6 of your residents handbook as to what is classed as emergency repair.
