Update about the future of Railway Housing

16th October 2026 | posted in News

Today, we're sharing an update about the future of Railway Housing Association.

We're exploring a proposal to join Thirteen Group, a housing association that shares our values and commitment to residents.

No decision has been made, and we want to hear your views before any final decision is taken. We'll be sharing details soon of how you can give us your feedback.

If approved, the proposal would help us continue investing in homes, services and communities, while protecting the things that matter most to residents.

For now, there would be no changes to the services you receive or the colleagues you deal with.

Find out more about the proposal, what it could mean for you, and hear from the chief executives of both organisations by visiting our dedicated webpage and watching our video www.thirteengroup.co.uk/about-us/railway
