Health and Safety Checks at Sheltered Schemes

Our staff and contractors are continuing to carry out the usual regular health and safety checks in our sheltered schemes, to keep residents safe. They will:

  • Apply hand gel or wash hands before and after entering the scheme or property
  •  Keep 2m distance from other people
  • Wipe down surfaces in the area they are working

Please help to prevent the spread of coronavirus by keeping well away from anyone that you see working in your scheme.

We have stopped re-letting homes because of the government guidance on the coronavirus and because residents are now having difficulty in getting the help they need to move home. If there are any problems with an empty home near to you then please let us know.

Please note that the April edition of RHA News was written before the recent change in circumstances due to coronavirus.

If you would like any advice or assistance please call us on 0800 0287428, email or contact us via our website Our staff are all working from home and telephone calls are being diverted to them so please bear with us if it takes longer than usual to answer any calls.
