Reporting a Repair

You can report a repair using the following methods:

Call us

Telephoning free-phone 0800 0287428 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). When you hear the automated service, press 1 for repairs and a member of staff will take the details of the repair and deal with this for you. Outside of office hours please telephone the emergency repairs service on 0300 303 4917.

Online

Text us

Text the details of non urgent repairs to 07508 526708. In the message please include your name, address, a brief description of repair, contact and access details. On receipt of your message you will be sent a text message reply (during office hours) to confirm your reported problem has been received.

Fax us

Fax the details of non urgent details to 01325 384641. Please include an explanation of what’s wrong and your contact details.

Write to us

Write to Railway Housing Association, Bank Top House, Garbutt Square, Neasham Road, Darlington DL1 4DR. Please include an explanation of what’s wrong and your contact details.

Repair response times

Emergency Repairs - to be completed within 24 hours.
Urgent Repairs (1) - to be completed within 3 days.
Urgent Repairs (2) - to be completed within 7 days.
Routine Repairs - to be completed within 31 days.
