The heating system in your home is covered by a contract with British Gas, which includes your annual boiler service & safety check and a 24/7 breakdown appointment service.
You are able to report any fault with your heating system directly to British Gas on 0333 202 9797 giving them your name and address. If you are also asked for an agreement number this is 911005667343
