To report an emergency repair

During office hours, please call our freephone number 0800 028 7428.

Outside of office hours, please call our emergency repairs service on 0330 373 2803.

If your repair is an emergency, please call us to ensure we can deal with it as quickly as possible. There are more details of what's classed as an emergency in section 5 of the Residents' handbook.

To report a gas leak

If you suspect a gas leak, smell fumes from a gas appliance or your gas supply is not working, please:

Calling us

Please call us on freephone 0800 0287428 between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

 

Online

Click here to report all other non-emergency repairs.

Click here to report a damp and mould issue, making sure to include your name, address and the location of the damp and mould in your home.

 

Repair response times

Emergency repairs will be completed within 24 hours.

Urgent repairs will be completed within three and seven days.

Routine repairs will be completed within 31 days.
