Spotting the signs:

Anyone forced to change their behaviour because they are frightened of the reaction of their partner, ex-partner or a family member, is experiencing abuse.

Domestic abuse can happen to anyone, regardless of age, background, gender, religion, sexuality, ethnicity, wealth or location.

Domestic abuse is a crime. It is never the fault of the person who is experiencing it. You are not alone, you are not to blame - and help is available.
