If you feel comfortable approaching them, try having a calm and friendly word with the person causing the problem. Sometimes when it's explained, the person doesn't even realise they've been causing an issue in the first place.

You should contact the police to report incidents of criminal behaviour such as damage to property, assault, violence, threats of violence, burglary, drug dealing etc. Call the non-emergency police number on 101, or 999 for emergencies or report it to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
