Our annual publication, Maintenance Mail includes details of the work that we are planning to carry out over the next 12 months and the following 5 years. We consider the age, condition and energy efficiency of properties to prioritise works. Please note that the proposed dates may change if other, unforeseen, works need to be done first but we will let you know if there are any changes.
