Reporting a Repair

You can report a repair using the following methods:

Call us

Telephone free-phone 0800 0287428 between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). When you hear the automated service, press 1 for repairs and a member of our team will take the details of the repair and deal with this for you. Outside of office hours please telephone the emergency repairs service on 0300 373 2803.

Please always report urgent/emergency repairs by telephone.

Write to us

Write to Railway Housing Association, Maple House, 11 Tillage Green, Westpark Village, Darlington, DL2 2GL. Please include an explanation of what is wrong and your contact details.

Repair response times

Emergency Repairs - to be completed within 24 hours.

Urgent Repairs (1) - to be completed within 3 days.

Urgent Repairs (2) - to be completed within 7 days.

Routine Repairs - to be completed within 31 days.
