Out of Hours Emergency Repairs

To Report an emergency Out of Hours - Domestic properties
If you are a resident in one of the Association's domestic properties and you have an out of hours emergency please contact our emergency call out provider on 01429 298988 - this number will take you through to Hartlepool Neighbourhood Services whose operators will vet your call to ensure it is an emergency and then contact the relevant contractor. The contractor will be expected to curtail the circumstances of the emergency and make good until the next working day.

To Report an Out of Hours Emergency - Schemes
If you are a resident in one of the Association's schemes and you have an out of hours emergency please pull your cord which will take you through to the Central Warden Call office you are connected to. Those residents who live in a scheme where central warden call alarm monitoring is optional please ring 01429 298988 direct to report your out of hours emergency if you have opted out of the alarm monitoring service. Again they will vet your call to ensure it is an emergency and then contact the relevant contractors. The contractor will be expected to curtail the circumstances of the emergency and make good until the next working day.

Please do not abuse this service - it is in place for genuine emergencies when our offices at Bank Top House are closed on an evening, weekends and Bank Holidays. There will be a recharge to the resident for any charges incurred if the service has been used in circumstances that are not an emergency.
