Service Contracts
The Association is responsible for arranging service contracts for the following:
Trees, bushes, plants etc must not be planted in any land that is maintained by the Association - there will be a recharge for any maintenance required on planting carried out by residents.
Planned Maintenance
The Association has a planned programme of works for carrying out major repairs and improvements to properties. When certain works are complete such as Kitchen, Bathroom, Boiler renewal you will receive a disturbance allowance. In addition to the annual planned programme Mini Planned Programmes are carried out quarterly to provide value for money for works deemed not urgent.
Cyclical Maintenance
Cyclical maintenance is the Association’s painting programme which is carried out each 5 years at domestic properties and each 4 years at schemes. Gutters will be cleaned out during the painting programme.
Getting Involved
You will be informed in advance if your home is to be included in any planned/mini planned or cyclical maintenance programme. Please give us your comments when you receive this notification - good or bad - we want to know how you feel about the work and how we can help in any way to lessen disturbance. A percentage of residents will receive a questionnaire at the end of the programme of works - please take the time to complete this and forward it back to us if you receive one - your comments are valuable to us as they help us make important decisions regarding future programmes.
