Out of hours telephone number

From 3rd May 2016, we will have a new out of hours telephone number for residents to report emergency repairs.

The new number is 0300 303 4917 and it replaces the 01429 number we previously used.

If you are calling between 8.30am and 4.40pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), the number to use is free-phone 0800 0287428. When you hear the automated service, press 1 for repairs and a member of staff will take the details of the repair and deal with this for you.

Please only use the out of hours number before 8.30am or after 4.30pm, or at weekends.
