Leasehold Schemes For The Elderly

These schemes are designed to allow elderly retired people to obtain purpose built accommodation at an affordable price. The properties are subsidised by public funds through the Housing Corporation and are provided for sale at 30% below the market valuation.

In order to qualify for this subsidy the Leaseholder must be:

Over 55 years of age
In 'housing need' taking into account existing housing conditions, health and any other relevant factors (The degree of housing need is determined by RHA).

Ernest Hill Court, Hull

Gresley House & Stanier House, Horsforth, Leeds

Stephenson House, Hexham

St Gregory's Court, South Shields
