How To Apply For a Property

The Association will let properties to applicants in greatest housing need from the client group they have been assigned to. Click to view details of properties, their locations and the criteria.

The Association operates a points based lettings system and applications are assessed and given points for various housing needs. Details of points can be viewed by clicking here. Lettings will be made from the Associations waiting list and also from Local authority waiting lists in accordance specific agreements. Details of the lettings policy can be viewed by clicking here.

Once complete please forward your application to Railway Housing Association, Bank Top House, Garbutt Square, Neasham Road, Darlington, DL1 4DR.

Your application will be processed within 21 days of receipt into this office.

You should contact this office if you have not received any communication within 28 days of posting your application.
