Salary £18,482 rising to £19,384 over three years
As the first point of contact for residents, customers and visitors, you will provide a high quality, professional and customer orientated comprehensive front-line service.
You must have a genuine commitment to customer care with good communication, IT and time management skills.
You will need to be self motivated and well organised, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with proven experience in a similar role in a customer service environment.
